Any one have any experience with them since my car was towed to them on Saturday due to tsome engine problems (car would not accelarate) and they are unable to work on it on Saturday. Can I expect to be treated fairly, do they seem to be legit honorable people?

I had a bad experience with them just doing a regular service....they were having some sort of company picnic that day, and they left me in the waiting room for hours....then when I got my car back, they didn't even wash it nor finish all the stuff they were supposed to do....as an apology, they gave me an infiniti mug...wasted 4 hours there for somethin that should've taken an hour and half. Needless to say, I'm going elsewhere for my next service. =T

I had heard bad things about them but the Infiniti road side asst. said they could only take it to the nearest dealer and since the car broke down in Bellflower, I was happy to get off the street and into the loaner car, but I have a very bad feeling that they will not do the owrk and even cancel my warranty because I lowered the car and I have some suspension issues with it besides the "NO power upon accelaration) issue.

I'll know tomorrow.

They treated me pretty good when I took it in for an oil change. But it does help to have an appointment. Only thing that went wrong was I requested no wash and they did anyway.

DO NOT TALK TO LAURIE AND DO NOT TALK TO CINDY! Laurie is just a regular write up girl. Cindy is the service manager and she comes off rude and cocky. I guess its just some peoples style but if u know me then u know im a pretty easy going guy and with me not ever bad mouthing them, theyve come off the total wrong way. If you are gonna get service, talk to ANYONE else but Laurie or Cindy. I was just there today and I put in a complaint about their service dept to the general manager. I was waiting for a returned phone call from Cindy for a week and I got nothing! I cant get anything ANYTHING dont with my car without her permission. They wont even give me a damn car wash! Im dont with Costa Mesa. Actually I was able to talk to the public relations girl there, Jennifer, shes been awesome. Shes a reallly cool girl and we talked for a while. If you are gonna go, talk to Jennifer and tell her ur a friend of mine(kamal). That goes for everyone but that is ONLY if they treat you bad or give you any problems... Sky350GT, I would say go to them if you have to but save your time and go to Tustin.
