I heard about this from a few friends, never paid much attention to it. After seeing the video, I gotta say that is pretty messed up. I hope the cop get's time in jail, but I doubt it...

The cops in my area are good for one thing; and that's for not doing anything. My sister got into a accident, not a fender bender, but no one was hurt. The police station was two blocks away, took them more than an hour to get there. It pissed me off, cause the other guy that hit her had no insurance or license, because they took so long, his parents and friends brought him all his **** before the cops got there. Don't believe me, look up how far vineland ave is from the baldwin park police.

 

F^ck that! This video is very hard to make out in my mind, but I know what I heard. FOUR close range shots! I duno about you man but, I have had an officer hog tie me in my front yard with his gun at the back of my head for doing a wheelie! Is that "serving or protecting"? By the way I was waiting for him in my driveway to catch up with the motor and helmet already off!
