Crap, my bad. The black OEM P/S reservoir sold just before I went out of town so I didn't have time to edit the OP. Its been updated now. Will check your PM shortly.
FYI, installing a reservoir is strtaightforward but a little messy. It helps to use a battery filler to remove the fluid first (alternatively, you can clamp off the line to the cooler, pull the line off the hardpipe, then loosen the clamp to drain the fluid).

does the tank fit right on oem without modification?

It slides on the OEM bracket the same way as the stock tank. The only difference with the tank itself is that one of the bottom ports points to the side as opposed to straight down. Not a big deal since the hose it connects to is rubber / flexible.
