I am new at this so give me a break if this is a stupid question.
How would your end links make noise?
Stock Isolators?

Edit: I got my alignment done today. I decided while i was underneath the car i would check the end links to see if they were broken. I felt the links on the side of the car that isn't making any noise and there was nothing visually wrong with them. Nothing visually wrong with the side either. I noticed that when you move the end links they are choppy feeling. basically there was no smooth operation when they were rotated while still bolted on. When i moved the end links around that was when the noise happened. So.... check your end links and move them around. Its most likely the problem.

Any more information on this? Can you let us know what the part that is connected is referring to?

I have found that my rear endlinks are loose and make a clicking noise when I move the sway bar around - I am going to replace those, but I don't think that that is everything that is making noise - see my thread about noise from the roof.

Any one have this metal clunking noise on a 2008 FX35? It sounds like it's coming from the rear seat area. Not all the time, but it's annoying.
