ECU reset?

I was wanting to reset my ecu, but cant find any threads on how to properly do it. Ive installed a few parts on my car and read that it might be a good idea to do it so it adjusts and learns my habits.

please and thankyou!

When you installed the intake and manifold did the instructions not advise you to remove the negative side of the battery while installing? Before you hit the sack this evening do so, then tomorrow morning let it warm up and go for a ride. You'll need to reset the clock and radio stations but that should handle your reset....
