I haven't had the time to get around to do it.
Honestly I think they were BS'ing you...no way you can just swap out your maxima style ECU with a modern G/Z ecu. The pinouts and wiring harnesses are totally different.

Just trade your car for an '04, or get a TS reflash.

Right, I totally missed that. No way the 04 will fit the early 03. Not unless you want to totally replace your wiring harness.

So the 03 has the maxima ecu and the 03.5 has the newer ECU? i was under the impression that they changed the ecu in 04

You missed the part I said I had a harness that will convert the 03 to 04. It'll put all the pins in the correct places.

The only ones they list for the ininfiti is 04-06.

None of the maxima model would match our our G35 application. ie.. VQ35 maxima. About the 2002 year.

Addional suckiness.

Seems Uprev has added a torque management section to their Osiris. DaveB and I have been complaining about this TM crap on our cars for years. Good to know that at least UpRev did something about it. But we can't do anything about it. arg.

I talked to Chris last week.

He said there were once again delays b/c of the 370Z tune. I think he mentioned he'd be out this week, but that the engineering guy said he'd need a day or two to do the calibration, or whatever (they bought my specific ECU, AM601). Since he's out of town, and it's Wednesday, I'd say the engineer is probably not going to do a thing till Chris gets back.

Another week on the books...

Chris is at SEMA till Monday. I did call yesterday and asked. The guy I talked to said the engineer would likely do it this week, but, IMO, without Chris there to pressure him, nothing is going to happen.

I have an '04 G Sedan? Will I be okay getting an Osiris tune?

Put in about a dozen bolt-ons, including headers and HFC...

Yes you should have ZERO problems with getting that done via Osiris (Uprev)

Called Chris yesterday and today, no answer. Left a message both times...

Talked with another rep today, he said it was still in engineering.

Another week?

Sounds like you need to return the device and get a refund. Then start looking into other options.

Sorry...been there, done that. I wen't through all this with COBB since they were local. Didn't help me at all either...
