Is it worth it to do an ECU tune?

Hey guys i have an 03 Coupe with a Injen CAI and a AAM Spacer. I was thinking about getting an UPREV tune @ ZCarGargage. My question is the ECU tune really worth the money for my mods?

Tune after you get all your bolt ons.

Thanks guys. I was debating what I wanted to do next, Berk HFC and/or MREV2. If anything.

you don't need the MREV2 unless you have a REV-UP engine

Is there a good gain with them? I want to keep the factory sound if possible, do the Berks change it that much?

Berks don't change the sound THAT much. If anything, it'll give your stock exhaust note some *****...a little more throaty. I talked to Rob at Zcar about a week ago and he said all cars can benefit from a tune. Like Jayk said, I'd wait until you have all the bolt-ons that you want before you get a tune.

You dont want to get a tune, then later get a hfc on or something, then you would need to get another tune.

Your asking is it worth it?
If you want the most out of your car and all the mods you've added. Then yes it would be.

I just finished with all the bolts on i can really get really, and i plan on getting it tuned sometime soon.

a tune will make all aftermarket parts perform their full potential.

For me I gained better performance (~20 HP) as well as better gas milage.
Weird huh? My air/fuel ratio was really messed up after all my boltons and even in "performance mode" I get more miles per gallon.

One of the best "mods" you can get IMO.

Wait until you're done and then get a tune. I've seen some good results from tunes on NA motors.
