Bullydog tripledog programmer
I just purchased the Bullydog programmer for my 07 G35 A/T, It should be in on Wednesday. I purchased it from Autopartswarehouse.com for $398.72 total with free shipping and a 5% discount. I chose the bullydog over the Hypertech because it has alot more to it. Has anyone used the Bullydog or Hypertech programmers on the G35s before?

Well I find it hard to believe people lost power with a hand held programmer. I have used Superchips on my trucks and my friends have used Hypertech and they all made more power. Bullydog is one of the best programmers for making large gains on all types of vehicles. Plus there is a 30 day money back gaurantee if it doesnt produce more power so there is nothing to lose. I don't know anything about the Osiris or access port except that they are over priced for what you get. The Bullydog offers respectable gains and the ability to monitor just about every parameter on your vehicle as you travel. I have read the post from plenty of people that have noticed gains with the Bullydog programmer.

^"noticed" and dyno-proven gains are two different things. The bullydog will allow you to monitor different parameters on your car but any evidence that it gives worthwhile gains with the VQ platform is questionable. I know bullydog is a tried and true programmer for the truck community, but their knowledge on other platforms did not transfer over to the VQ motor as far as I've seen. Osiris may be expensive, but it's not "overpriced" considering it's gains are proven on countless independent dyno tests, something the Bullydog cannot claim.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Show me one post referring to a VQ35DE engine benefiting from the Bullydog programmer and I MIGHT start to listen to you. Otherwise you are spewing a bunch of BS including Osiris is overpriced. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about.

You are saying osiris is overpriced and not worth it??? Next thing you are going to tell me is that motordyne produces bogus products!
You shouldn't be all defensive about you purchasing something that has yet to prove itself vs getting a tested and well documented option. People here are trying to help you and telling you to return it and get an osiris so you can have a better time. Why would we care if your car didn't run as well and didn't make better power?? Take the advice of our members and help yourself out by returning it.

Im not being defensive XET I was just stating my point. There are plenty of people that say they have felt gains from programmers, just like many have said they didn't. I have heard negative things about the osirus and cobb but people still buy them. I appreciate the help that you and everyone else are giving me, that's why I joined the forum. But we are all different and share different opinions about aftermarket products, that's what helps us all determine what products are good are not. Like I said before it comes with a 30 day money back gaurantee, if I don't like it I will just send it back. If I like it I will post my results from the dyno......thanks guys
