Can't figure out how to play music from iPhone 7 for music, pandora, Spotify... I've tried rca cables and the oem Nissan iPod wire with an adapter.. nothing is working!!! Please help

Plug everything in place and my iPhone 7 is charging and playing music as LINE OUT signal.

I use this adapter in my G35 that plugs into the power outlet in the center console that connects your phone through Bluetooth. It works really well. Here is the link.
