I actually like the GT30's, but can't deal with the black lip on the phantom edition... I just hate black wheels for some reason... no offense to anyone with black wheels... it's just my personal opinion. Rick at Riverside actually has a set of the GT30 Phantom Editions in stock in 20's and will give anyone that wants them a great deal on them, but they are not for me.

I LOVE the RE30's and that one is gloss black actually looks nice with the chrome lip, but I still prefer the wheel on the bottom. LOL

These are the SSR's I think I'm gonna get. I like them in their Super Black Coat, which is basically like a gunmetal chrome anthrecite finish (like in the top picture)... this is the same finish I have on he SSR's on my Porsche. I'm really just waiting for them to release the 20" version of these.

Why 20s?

 

I was originally going to go with 19's, but everyone seems to be trying to talk me out of 19's and into 20's. Seems that most people think that the 19's just look too small on the G's. I haven't decided for sure.

LOL... I'm glad to hear I'm not alone.

I think black wheels are one of those "love 'em or hate 'em" kind of things... It's all about personal preference... I know lots of guys that love black wheels, especially on light colored cars, and I also know a lot of guys that hate the look of black wheels. I don't like them myself, but I have no problem whatsoever if someone likes them and/or has them on their car. It's their car and they can do what "they" think looks good.

Performance wise, I think the 19's are a better choice for you than 20's.

Very nice, San... I almost bought a 335i myself, but after having such bad luck with my last M3, I decided against another Bimmer. My next car (every day driver) will probably be an Audi S5 or RS4.

Are those 19's? Which wheels are those? Works? I think I might like them for the G in Silver.
