I'm thinking he had leftover grease that came with the bars...I only used one of the two packs.

I used Green Grease bought from autozone. Stuff is gooey and doesn't wash off easily with water.

Short of uninstalling the entire bars and bushings, I am not sure how you will ever use that leftover pack.

I had to get a grease gun.

I had nothing left over (grease packets wise). Both were pretty much empty.

In the case of greasing the bushings, I'd rather put too much than too little. Too much will squeeze the excess out itself, but too little will require removal to re-grease (which is a pain in the ***).

Yeah, I'm with you San... I had non left when I was done. Packed all the grease into the bushings and even had a little squeeze out the zerk fittings when I torques the brackets down, so I know I had them packed full. I've even used my grease gun to pack them again since then... FYI... I recomment using Super Lube for all of th greasable bushing and fittings. It is silicon based, so it won't wash away with water and will outlast non-synthetic lubricants 2:1... I believe it is the same stuff that Hotchkis supplies in those small packets.

well I hope so, Aramex has told me that they already picked it up (so I gotta double check) but Andy just placed the order for my Berks HFC last Thursday (eventhough I placed my order on January 28th!!!) and I'm waiting for that to clear so they can ship them both.

Well blow me sideways, I just came out of a meeting and guess what was lying there in front of reception........THE BARS!!! Yay, finally. I actually thought it was still in the states, but I guess Aramex delivered it as soon as they got it. Well now I'm gonna wait for the HFCs to arrive so I can get both fitted at the same time.

Yup I just got off the phone with Berks, they should e-mail me today to update me if the payment from Andy went through or not, but I'm nor sure if the rest of you guys are in the same boat as me.

To be completely honest I can't remember, I think for both the ARBs and the HFCs it was around $300 something, but I honestly can't be certain because I let the company pay for delivery lol, I just hope it doesn't come back to bite me in the a$$ in the future.
