Just got of the phone with Andy, he hasn't received the bars back from Hotchicks yet, and they never gave him a date, I don't really understand since they just need to add the bushes back into the package? Anyway I hope he gets them sometime this week as I've got my HFCs on hold because of the delay

I KNEW IT!! The same waiting game all over again. Same empty promises (and perhaps blatant lies?) over and over again. Damn these companies can't be trusted. Something really stinks here...

Another reason for HP Auto to pricematch/credit us. Does Charles at b2autodesigns actually have them in stock? If so, maybe we should cancel our order with HP Auto and get it from B2 instead? Even so, I doubt we'd see a refund anytime soon.. Nevertheless, as much as I hate to so do, I think I'll just wait for HP Auto to ship. So Kul, How do we confirm the $20 dollar credit? =P

I wouldn't be as upset if we weren't constantly told that they'd be here and then eventually hearing an excuse as to why they are not. People shouldn't give a definitive statement in regards to or promise anything you don't know will 99% happen.

I hate to make it seem like I'm going behind anyone's back, but I spoke to Charles over AIM and he is supposed to get them on Wednesday. According to him, he's getting at least 2 sets, and maybe 3.

If he does have them in stock, and I don't have a shipping/tracking number by then from Andy, I'm regretfully cancelling my order and getting them from him.

PM or email Andy for the credit. I'm sorry for the mishap... I was informed Monday. But I will say out of any dates and being the middle man. If you guy have any other questions... please direct them to Andy via PM or email.

San... Charles is out of stock and is hoping to get them in weds-thurs, however he is selling a price Hotchkis does not allow. He has or will be receiving an email from Hotchkis. Hotchkis has not even heard of his company or him.

K, that is my last post... on this thread. If you guys have any questions NOT related to shipping dates, times, prices, etc. please PM or email me. I have one additional set I will sell ONLY for a face to face sale in Orange County, PM for details and price for face to face. (this is an additional set I bought to get to the guy in So Cal, this is not being bought through Andy.) Thanks...

yeah, I was j/k about the price match. Travis had taken his time and effort to pull this deal for us, and I am grateful.

But as I said, Andy is a good guy... him and I want you guys to be happy and will offer a $20 credit for anyone that wants it.

I'm still grateful. Frustrated, but grateful.

...That's because you're getting it directly from Travis and it's something he actually had ready to be shipped out to you.

I wouldn't care about a measly $20 price match if I had received the bars when I "supposed" to. The price match/credit is just something that I think they should do to compensate for the inconvenience.

I feel for those who haven't gotten theirs. It is frustrating but happens a lot it seems, especially in the car parts world. I got my set about a week and a half after I was supposed to. Nothing much Andy can do if Hotchkis is not shipping product. In the end it is neither here nor there... these sway bars rock and you will love them. I think B2 is kind of shady for saying they are in stock when sets are due to arrive--and having them come from Hotchkis (or not?) is seemingly no guarantee either. JSC Speed is selling them too now (see vendor classified). Regardless, I still think $369 shipped is a great price. Sorry you got dragged into the drama Kul--you don't deserve the headache.

Just curious if anyone has tried the stiffest setting yet for the rears? I notice that it is only 65% stiffer than the stock G37S so shouldn't be too stiff really. I like that it is an easy 10 minutes to switch the settings...might try that this weekend.

My frustration isn't with Andy, and it surely isn't with Travis. Assuming Andy is telling the truth (and I have no reason to believe he isn't), my frustration lies with Hotchkis and how they could drop off product to Andy with incomplete packaging of all required parts. And then we find out that they are out of stock on the bushings, which are a necessity to install the bars. They obviously have a moron running their quality control department.

For a company as large as they are, and one that has been around as long as they have, it is simply inexcusable and ignorant.

I agree with you on this one san~man, I'm frustrated at the fact that Hotchicks is incompetent enough to make such a mistake, and the delay they have caused us is just irresponsible. I just hope Andy gets them soon as he seems to be a decent guy and I don't want to vent my frustration at him. Hopefully by today or tomorrow he gets them. Do you think we could call Hotchkis to get their asses moving faster?
