Tanabe NF210 Lowering Springs
#121
The Tanabe's are definitely progressive, as you can see in the picture I posted above. Like I said, the guy I talked to at Eibach a few weeks back said that their Prokit springs for the V36 G's are linear, but that is debatable until we can actually see a picture of them.
I you don't want anything too stiff, the Tanabe's are definitely good. I actually think they are a little too soft to start out with, but they definitely stiffen up nicely when loaded (i.e. going around a turn). If you can wait a few months, then you can buy my Tanabe's from me when I get my TEIN coilovers.

Ask Travis... He had H&R's on his car before he went to the TEIN's, so he may still have them... although, I think he said TEIN kept them.
I think the Eibach's are a perfect drop if your looking for something lower. That's the way I would have gone, but I didn't want to drop the car more than an inch.

I think Eibach claims a 1.3" drop and H&R says 1.4", but the H&R's on Travis' cr seemd much lower than that. The thing I don't like about the H&R's is that they use the same springs for the 1s and 2nd gen cars, where Eibach has V36 sedan and V36 coupe specfic springs, so the spring rates and drops are specific to each car, not the same for all.

I dont think the H&Rs are even meant for our cars. Because all the H&Rs i've seen went more 2" lower than stock.
I'll just get the Eibachs with the rear and front SPC camber kits.
I could buy the best coils now and its so tempting but i dont have any looks for the front and i want to get an exhaust. lol
I hate when you have money to play with but then you have no idea what to get AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! haha

i am looking into getting these springs but still want to make sure that its only gonna drop the car like yours is dropped plus i live on Long Island in NY and the roads arent that great hear but ill manage. one more question does it matter if these go on a RWD or AWD? if it doesnt matter im just waiting for one more measurement from you and then these will be on their way.

LMAO... I'm sure I could help you out too, Robby. I love spending other people's $$!
I think your right about the H&R springs... IMO the Eibach's are definitely the better choice if you want a pretty decent drop. So far I'm fairly happy with the Tanabe's. Love the drop, just not sure about the ride yet.
