225/50/18 Replace With...??

Ok, so I have 2007 G35 Sedan Journey, with OEM 225/50 R18 tires in front and 245/45 R18 in back. Front tires are 18 x 7.5, rear are 18 x 8.5.

I was able to buy new 245/45/18 for back, but... here in darn Europe it is impossible to get 225/50/18 (for front).

Obviously, I can replace fronts with either:

a) 235/45/18
b) 235/50/18
c) 245/45/18

So... What do you recommend? Looking at all 3 calculators provided on this site I lean toward 235/45/18, but... what do YOU recommend (and why)?

Thanks!

This is what the Discount Tire sponsor recomended to me. I can live with the increased load capacity for the new sizes. The tire weight is not affected for the fronts and +1 pound per rear wheel is livable using Michelin Pilot Sports A/S.

I would not recommend running 235/50-18s in the front unless you change your rear size as well because it will be taller in overall diameter by 1/2" when compared to your current rear size. I can't tell you why Infiniti chose to run these tire sizes but if you want to change up your tire size you could run 235/50-18s in the front and 255/45-18s in the rear. These dimensions will work on your factory wheel specs. You should be able to run 225/45-18s in the front without any adverse affects on your traction control or ABS, but the tire is almost 1" shorter in diameter and will look akward with 245/45-18s in the rear.

so... since i already bought new 245/45/18 (for back, before i realized i will not be able to get 225/50/18 for front)... you think the best choice (after all is said and done) would be 235/45/18 ?
