Yup, that's me... Pimpin' the white calipers!! LOL.. My wife thinks it's gonna look way to ricey, but we'll see once I get them on.

Sorry about not postin' any pics, but I've been SO busy and haven't actually taken any pictures with the new wheels on yet. Hell, I've had the coil-overs on for 6 months now and haven't even taken any pictures with those on yet either... I'm just WAY behind, I guess

I'm doing a car show with my team on the 7th, so I'll definitely have some pics from that to post, so stay tuned!

Oh dude, I gotta see those IP coated calipers on your car, I'm going to get my Akebono's in like 2 days and I wanted to PC them a different colour, IP never came to mind but it's a funky idea.

dude get them installed today lol , I've found these on MY350z.com. They look nice but would look much better if they had the decals on them: http://my350z.com/forum/brakes/41429...1200-a-20.html

BTW Where can I buy decals for the Akebono calipers?

Mike@thepowdercoater.com can help you with either Akebono or Infiniti decals, he can also offer them as stickers or stenciles.

Mine go on Monday if all goes well. Sticking with the silver though. I think it'll contrast nicely with my car being black and my wheels being anthracite.

Stickers are just that, they stick onto the caliper. I stayed away from this because the "high temp vinyl" stickers i've bought from a couple of places couldn't even stand 250 degrees in the oven (yep, i tested 'em). They didn't burn or anything, but anything other than black or gray turned brown even with clearcoat applied to them.

Stencils are like stickers but are really more of a template that you apply to the caliper, spray the paint on them then remove the stencil. Some stencils are re-usable, others you just tear off after the paint is applied.

07-08 G35S does not have Akebono brakes.

As long as you have the Akebono calipers, yes. Stock 07-08 sport brakes, no.
