Just bought tires and wheels for my wife's car going to surprise her. It's the g35S 2007 sedan silver in color. I ordered the Konig Lace wheels(aluminum finish with black) 19x8 45BMF all the way around with 245/40/19 Hankook ventus v12 evo k110 tires front and back. Is there any problem with not running the staggered setup I really just wanted tires that we'd be able to rotate and hopefully last a bit longer. Any input would be greatly appreaciated also wether or not you think these wheels will look good on the car cause I am trying to surprise her.

 

It's nice of you surprising your Wife with new wheels. Any mesh style wheel looks nice on the G so I think you'll be fine

 

These wheels will look sick on a silver G with some tints! do post pics when done, and running non-staggered setup is fine and clever to increase tire life and 245 all around should be good enough for your wife in terms of traction.

add some wheel spacers all around. I'd say 20mm or so, the wheels will stand even more.
