tire size question/suggestions

Hello everyone, I've looked and looked but I can't seem to find any suggestions that would match my current situation. I have purchase a set of 20" Work Varianza's and I'm not sure what tire size to use.

20 X 8-1/2 +35
20 X 10 +35

Does anyone have any suggestions what size tires to buy. I've been looking for several hours and just can't seem to find the answers.

Thanks,

245/35
275/35
this setup here is prob your best bet.

or
225/40
255/35
along with wheel spacers

225/40
245/40
with spacers

it all depends on what you want? and are you dropped?
you want stretched look, fat tire look, or just a nice tire sit on wheel with little to not stretch. And do you want it flush or semi flush.

Thanks for the suggestion. I stuck those sizes in the tire calculator and everything looks pretty good. Now I can narrow it down some. Thanks again.

what I learned is the 3% difference matters only from Rear to Front not individual tire from new tire size.

Some guys with V36 run a tire that is beyond 3% and have no vdc issues. Thats because the rear tires aren't passed the 3% from the fronts. So its a way of tricking the vdc.

I might be wrong, but this is what I found out so far.

Hummm, I wonder if anyone else will chime in on this. I'd hate to buy a set of tires and then have problems with the VDC due to size.

well ive been asking around and a guy who has the same wheels as I, is running a way smaller tire front and rear than oem.
I asked him if his vdc goes crazy, he replied with no not at all and its his daily driver.

I just noticed earlier that you asked if my car was lowered or not. I'm actually lowered about 5/8" in the rear and 3/4" in the front. I have a set of the Ray's factory wheels and I love the way they sit on the car. They aren't too aggressive and not to tame...I guess that's the look I would hope for.

That is your best bet except you're going to want to run 275/30's not 275/35's.
You'll need to lower your car more though in order for the tires to tuck under the fender. Look into the Eibach springs if you don't want to go too low.
