Tire size? With 245's or 255's I'd say for a flush 9.5 all around I'd go with a +25 or so given your gonna run some negative camber.

I was thinking 245/40 for a slight stretch but then again Im awd and need to keep the rolling diameter so what size do you think? Also the wheels will be +22

245/40 will be fine, its within the 3% diameter difference.

Varrstoen? +22 should be fine with that 245. PS you can stagger AWD. Myself and many others have already done it. Take a look at the link below to get an idea. Bring the front in 10mm and the rear would come in 13mm compared to the pic.

Is that taking stretch into account bc when you stretch a tire doesnt it get lower (smaller sidwall)? And is a 245 on a 9.5 a noticable stretch or very minor?

I want to stick with the same width and offset all around so I can rotate the wheels/ tires. Other wise I would eat tires with -2 camber or more. And will that tire size be the same rolling diameter at stock even with a stretch on a 9.5 rim?

It doesn't matter so much about a different overall diameter compared to stock just as long as they're less than 5% (I think) in difference front to rear. This guy is much bigger than stock overall diameter. 245/40R20 and 275/35R20

visually, diameter difference doesn't matter at all. its the difference what your speedometer shows and that actual speed you're traveling at that matters. for example, the 255/40/19's have a diameter difference of 1.08%, so even though you may be traveling at 60mph, your speedometer will show 59.3 mph. as you get further away from stock diameter, the difference will increase.

Rite so lets say I had a 245/40/19 on the proper sized rim (8.5 or whatever) wouldnt that diameter be closer to stock than the same size tire on a 9.5 inch wide rim?

That's correct. It would stand up a little taller on an 8.5" wheel. But we're just saying it doesn't matter if it's shorter or taller. It's only gonna affect the looks and the speedo like ajkVQ said. Don't worry about OE diameter.

it shouldn't have any effect on your awd system.

And we're talking maybe a half mph off on the speedo at 60. What wheels are you looking to get?
