Brake question for xS sedan

Hey all,

It's about time for me to turn my brakes and get new pads or just replace it all with a higher performance set.

I've been looking around and just want to make sure I get the right rotors/pads. I have been considering the StopTech Slotted rotors.

My question is are the the rotors for the xS sedan and x sedan are the same??

I am not looking to upgrade calipers so I will be just changing out the pads. If you have any other specific set up recommendations I am open to suggestion. Any comments would be helpful!!!

I have the same question. I've seen some places where the rear rotors are specifically shown as W/SPORT PKG or W/O SPORT PKG, yet others just list the rotors as just G35x.

Even for some front pads, for example TIrerack shows front pads as "Excludes models with sport brakes", or are they referring to Brembo brakes as "sport brakes"?

The rotors for the 2007 - 2008 G35x AND the G35xS are both 12.6Front / 12.1"Rear. The AWD model in 2008 does not get the upgraded brakes that the RWD sport packages got. The "sport" brakes that the RWD package got were 13" brakes all the way around.

Yes they are the same, if you still have yet to order. Shoot me a PM and I will be more than happy to answer any questions that you have. Since we are new vendors to the site, I will be offering great promotions.
