Check out these guys.

As long as you are looking for rotors for an AWD 2007-2008 sedan there should only be ONE option for rotors. Coupes had two different rotor sizes available for 2007-2008 depending on year and package.

I have a "spec sheet" for the sedan the AWD model wasn't even available with the Sport package. I'm not sure this sheet is 100% accurate though..... I've seen some "xS" models on the road but maybe they were 2-door, not 4-door. If it's correct, as you say, there's only (1) rotor setup (320mm front, 307mm rear).

08 g35xS
XS model includes all available packages by default (premium and nav) plus 18in OEM rims, sport seats, paddle shifters, and I think some minor exterior styling? Mine has a factory spoiler although I've seen xS models without it.
I read somewhere it was released in late 2008 and was the last addition to the G35 line up.
It's been a joy to drive but this finding parts thing has been a bit of a headache.

For the majority of parts, you can stick to finding "X" trim parts, I think. The larger brakes on the "S" trim were also linked to different size tires in the front and rear which they skipped on the AWD models so you just want "X" brake components, I'd think. Suspension parts ? Good luck !

I actually have the 20+ page brochure for the G35 that comes with new cars and it refers to the "Sport Package AWD". Details are:
- Solid magnesium paddle shifters
- Split 7-spoke 18" aluminum wheels (w A/S tires)
- Unique front fascia and side sills
- Front sport seats w/ thigh extension....
- Unique sport steering wheel stitching
- Aluminum pedals
