Replaced my cabin filter with Purolator C35530 yesterday. I noticed new filter was several inches shorter than OEM filter I replaced. Seems like pics of replacement filter in the original DIY write-up is smaller than the original too. Should I be concerned air is just flowing around the new filter instead of through it?
If you are wondering if you should change your filter, pull off the passenger side lower windshield cover with the hood up. You can see directly into your micro filter! It's as easy as removing 3 pop rivets.
