One thing to be careful with on any change to the drive train, is to make sure the change doesn't affect your warranty. some things will, depending on the dealer.

I contacted Borla as well and they wrote back that they are working on the exhaust system and it should be priced 1000-1200....

Dealers have nothing to do with what does and does not effect your warranty.
