Would this include first gear? When accelerating from a stop, the car lunges forward with the slightest tap off the gas. There is no real gradual acceleration. It has gotten a little better. I'm not past my break-in period yet. So, I thought I would wait to see if it gets better. I just feel bad when my mom gets thrown back in her seat, when I'm taking her to the doctor. I try to ease into it more, but it still shoots forward.

I had this applied today. Dramatic difference for me. No more whiplash. The car is smooth to drive and it doesn't detract from the speed at all. It just allows smooth tip in. Shifts seem slightly quicker and 2nd to 3rd with shifters no longer feels like it jams into gear.

they will not apply the tsb to a car not listed in the tsb, so no.

Does a lot of G drivers have this problem? cuz I dont. I can accelerate rather smoothly... could it be.. driver input?

the wife hates it though. She's never driven it and thinks I do it on purpose.

To do this, you go to the dealer and tell them about the tsb and that you have the problem. You can not do this yourself.
