You lend them a hand to use your car as prototype, thats the least of the things they could of done a small Discount it was Only gonna work in their favor by other G's going to GTM!? It Sucks how there selling everything to you at normal price Plus TAX!! Specially how everything has worked out!?

But one thing Terry a big ol' for having so much Patience!!!!!

And Hopefully everything works out Perfectly fine for you man!

Sorry for the confusion, GTM DID provide a small discount for the original installation. I am sure they will get my car completed … I just didn’t think it would take this long, even for a prototype. Maybe I’ll try talking them into the VB upgrade for no charge.

Today's update: They are experimenting with a catch can and plumbing of the vacuum lines. They did not get a chance to test out the changes due to the crazy winds going on out here. They are also still waiting for the mid section cross-over bypass pipes from Fast Intentions.

Way back in the day I had a Mazda Protege which was the prototype for what we now know as the Mazdaspeed. From beginning to end it took 8 whole months and then another 4 of final tweaking. All in all this project is going fairly quickly considering how much more involved it is.

Well Terry, like Mike said, you could say you were the first ever.
GTM has a reputation to keep, so thy would have to fix it and make it work perfectly.
goodluck

I have absolutely NO doubt they will get it right. I just hope it is sooner rather than later.

Wow ... a whole YEAR on your project?!?!?!

I actually thought the kit installed on my car was much closer to production than prototype since they had it running fine on their G37.

That's exactly what I would have thought as well. I was looking closely at the kit for my 6mt sedan but am waiting to see what happens. It's unfortunate that you had to be the guinea pig on this project.
