ya for some reason not all the cars that got the tune ended up with the same HP. I told him to push my car its absolute limit. Its a bit risky because my air flow isn't as great as people who have injen intakes or hfc, or an exhuast.
thats why some people wonder why my car is at 304whp. i was shocked when i saw the numbers, but thats why im in a hurry to get headers, hfc's, and an exhaust. But i would have to go back for another dyno tune to set the new adjustments, or my car will be too rich. As good as that is, i still wanna have good mpg

and only works while car brake is on?

yea it works really well and the sound is amazing thanks to the SOW package.

Its works whenever i want it too. its an illegal modification, but it works. dont talk anymore about it openly on this forum...

I dont understand the reasoning behind this maybe since you talked to them already you could shed some light on this.

Some intakes dont do well with this reflash. The stock intakes did best.
Thats what i've been saying in this whole thread.

NOTHING IS BETTER THAN STOCK.

Maybe stillen 3Gs will be different but no one has tried. I might

Keep us posted if you try with the gen 3's. I installed my gen 3's on sat and i think i may have lost a little low end torque.

once i hooked up my TS tuned ecu i went for the test drive. power felt the same up until 6000-7000. in the new 500 rpm up top, power feels flat, like it no longer builds.

at times i feel like the air fuel is off and the timing slightly to advanced in certain conditions. could this be from the intakes? i want to take them off and test again, but its a hassle to take the injens off.

in a real world test with my usual racing buddy, i only gained about a car. on him, with most of the gains experienced in the top of 3rd.

are there ANY tuners out there who use technosquares software(a satellite shop of some kind). i want a special tune with parameters pushed to within the limits of 93 octane.

So, your VQ-HR gained something like 44 HP (guessing at drivetrain loss) with a simple reflash...? That's interesting, UpRev is expecting that their flash and dyno tune will give an extra 2 HP on a stock motor. But you gained 44...that's interesting...? Before and after would have been useful.

Congrats on enjoying your new mod.

Thanks bro

but ya bro, it all depends on the car. Depends on how the car was abused, how the ECU adapted to your driving, and how rich the car is. No ones car is really the same. Another guy who is also on the forums got 303whp, 1 whp lower than me. I was amazed myself, but the car does pull. Some of my friends are pretty impressed how fast it is now lol
