If they have put 3 NEW transmissions in your car, and it worked fine for a while, then took a crap, i'm going to have to go with user error.

Read up on the "Lemon Law" information they gave you when you bought the car.
It's pretty much "three strikes you're out."
You have to document it, and send a notice in writing.
In my state, The vehicle must have been in the shop three or more times for repair of the same problem and the dealer must have been unable to repair the defect.
