Most of those issues are warranted but the fix is to replace it with the same defective part.
for example, the rear brakes make a whine due to the pad sensors. They just replaced the sensors with the same new part and obviously the whine was still there.
The HPFP was replaced with the updated one and it broke down again in about 4K miles.
His BOV's (DV's, wtvr) actually leaked before he even installed a JB3, same goes with the turbo's. And it's not just him, another 335i owner who's not even a car guy had his turbo's replaced because of the "police siren" issue.
Warranty is there sure but why bother with a car that has so much issues with no proper fix. The car is great and all but it's been at the dealer getting fixed way too many times and he's really getting tired. Not to mention the high cost of aftermarket parts ($1K for oil cooler? $2K for cat back?)
As for the A/C, European cars in general are weak compared to JDM cars in this kinda weather. They're just not designed for this heat.
