I have a 2007 G35x sedan. I have noticed that my exhaust does not sound like the coupe. Does not have that famous Infiniti purr .

Is this because it is not a sport model?

I see. That makes sense. I guess I have to drop some money on a exhaust now.

Thanks.

Well, it looks like they are definitely different parts. I wonder if we can swap mufflers.

Front 20300JK60A $547.51
Rear
Right 20100JK600 $404.68

I remember reading somewhere that they purposely did this to the sedan to make it more "luxury" oriented and tamed compared to the coupe.

Boo me if you will, but it's likely because most people hate the sound of a v6 with a loud exhaust.

If you like the sound of the coupe exhaust, don't go with an aftermarket muffler. They're all gonna be significantly louder than the stock coupe one.

go get fujisubu or impul or kakimoto

slightly louder for the first 3000rpm. and u would notice more deeper tone after 3500rpm..in which wont give u stillen or FI sound^^

everything works even the HFC..
only different for AWD is the front control arm and stuff, not the exhaust

Members on here are saying awd's have a bigger differential that gets in the way of the midpipe...
