Megan Resonated TP's

Got the TP's on the other day. Im very happy with the sound and performance increase. The butt dyno can feel the increase of torque. I want to get it on a dyno and get a good tune on it and really be able to see what im putting down. Right now on the G is Stillen Gen 2 CAI and Catback exhaust with Megan Resonated TP's. Trying to figure out besides a flash and FI would give me best HP per $

I think you've done all you can na, unless you want to build up the motor. FI is the next step if you want more power

I love them! They sound great people have told me going by WOT sounds close to a GTR. They are holding up well, no leaks and with the uprev tune are fuctioning awesome. There is a tiny bit of rasp at a certain RPM but its there for a second and then gone. *Note* do not use the gaskets from Megan Racing, mine disintegrated within about a month, the OEM gaskets are holding up much better.

I could throw up a video of a fly by if you would like?

yeah I bought a set too. I'm running them with fast intentions exhaust. Sounds great but I am a bit worried about the longevity of the test pipes. How long have you had them? how much did the uprev tune cost you if you don't mind me asking?? and yes it would be great help if you did post a pic thank s

The test pipes are treating me well! I have had the for almost a year and no problems with them really besides the gaskets that come with them are horrible and to save yourself the effort of taking it off again throw the stock infiniti gaskets on them. The uprev tune cost me 500 and I went with the Etune. It was easy and I wanted a reliable tune for my DD. The economy mode that I have gotten with one of my maps has more than paid for itself in gas (NJ gas is pretty expensive). You will throw a CEL code even though it has an extended bung. But all in all, your RTPs will last longer than HFC because the honeycomb on HFC goes out decently fast while you have none in a test pipe.

Yea no problem! You can also pm me if you have any other questions or problems ! And thank you haha everyone knows my car as my baby, I have come to realize that she is the only girl that will stay around through thick and thin. As much as the little issues bother me, it is worth it when I have random people come up to me and say that this is one of the cleanest G's they have seen and the girls at my college call my car a panty dropper ^_^. But what made it worth it was installing everything myself and saving and working hard for it. I have friends that ask why I didn't get a mustang since I am an avid Ford lover, my response is it doesn't have class that I have, she can be a lady on the street but a freak on the highway haha. I just want it to stop snowing can I get the rims back on its killing me.
