Anyone change to a 4.083 gear?
sweet, how is that working out for ya. I had only known about the nismo, cusco, and ATS from various reading into G/Z performance.
I ask because I am pretty sure I will try to pick up the next generation Z* and need to know the various companies that work with the platform that are out there.
(*possibly 370z?)

I'm very happy with it... no klunking or noises whatsoever... very smooth engagement... The only downside to the Carbonetics is that the carbon fiber clutch plates lose some of their carbon through time... It requires a fluid change every 3,000 miles... roughly as often as an oil change.
If you get a Base Z, the Quaife would also be a good choice. It's gear driven and fits cars that come without the OEM VLSD. It's totally gear driven and doesn't need the constant fluid changes that the Carbonetics does.
That's the only two LSD's I'd consider. Just my opinion of course...
ps: Carbonetics = ATS.
