Basically with FI exhaust, test pipes, injen intake, crank pulley, reflash and tune, he made over 50 whp.

I know a few people on here have a couple of the pieces, has anyone put it on the dyno to get numbers? Obviously some of the parts for the Z would be different for the G so we may not get the same results, but it would be nice to get 300+ hp to the wheels with just bolt ons.

 

There is a guy on here that has over 300whp with bolt ons and Technosquare tune, just ove like 304 whp..Man they need to get a flash and tune for the X.. I want near 300whp.

 

i have all of that stuff except for the crank, flash, and tune...noticeable difference

ugaexploder, you should be really close with a tune. The crank pulley doesn't actually add any hp, however the reflash and tune gave about 20 whp on the Z. Would be really interesting to see a dyno of your car when its complete!

i really want to get the flash and tune but its gonna be tough because i'm in a similar situation as most here where my car is my daily driver...it would be nice to get it done and see what the power gets bumped up to...i wonder if there is anyone on the east coast who can do what tadashi does...i'm saving up for the impul headers though

 

im at 304 the other guy is at 303 but im totally stock lol
i just pushed my car to the point where its scary, but its at my own risk
i just ordered the first impul headers i believe on driver today
i spent 1200 for them, which usually its 1880+ without shipping
i got a hook up from my hommie Wyn, hes got hook ups on performance mods from japan
as soon as i get them im plannin on goin to Fast Intentions and get hfc's and exhaust. Then back to technosquare the same week and get another tune and hopefully reach 320 330whp maybe even more

i did him a favor so hes doin me a favor thats why i got it for so cheap lol
he said it wasnt easy, cuz they are hard to find
good thing the g37 headers fit on my car, cuz the guy in japan said it was for a 370gt (aka g37) so we got them right away

I hate these "false hopes" internet threads. Do the same exact mods on your car..... I pretty much guarantee you won't see a real 50whp increase.

 

I read the whole thread. At least he's going to take it to the track. I'm going to stay tuned to see how it turns out. $5k is a lot to spend in bolt ons though.

 

I agree about the false hope threads, which is why i started this thread over here to see if anyone has had similar results.

And G35Robby has made 304 whp from just reflash and tune.

These numbers dont mean a lot without baseline numbers, but still impressive non the less.

HFC, catback, headers, reflash, tune we should see good gains. 50 hp is definitely asking for a lot, but the more and more dyno's i see of the HR motor the more i'm becoming a believer that it is possible.
