Installed DVD Player (Pics)

Innovatek FD-7 from Mp3PlayerStore.com, very small fits perfectly in the glove box, video/sound is very good. It also has a TV tuner, I have not tried that yet.

Hooked up the the RCA ports, and power.


The wires are hidden, tucked it under the plastic part.


Wires, come in from behind the glove box.

Another view, glove box does fully close. there is a separate sensor you can hook it up and put it outside the glove box so you can control the player when glove box is closed.

So your wires come out from the console, then do you just tuck them under the seats and carpet up through to the glovebox?

And completely off topic...but is the cover on your cupholder a different color than the rest of your plastic?

This how the wires are going,


I have no idea why that cover comes out blue, but its black.

so you cant watch vids unless you are stopped right? and also can you listen to music while driving and stuff?

I can watch it while driving, but we cant discuss how I did that here, so I will not go on and yes you can listen to audio when driving.

exactly how i wired my ps2 in.....but i took the wires through discretely drilled holes in the console and glovebox.

Oh snap that's the same player I have in the same spot...

but I did bite the bullet and drilled the back of the glovebox and hid all the wiring.

Yea that sucks, I wonder if they'll come out with anything that will make it work after the switch.

It shows up as blue in the pictures but its black, I have no idea
