Window rolled by itself

This is for 2008 g35 sedan. Ok so i checked forums only found a similar problem to mine but his was just loose wires i feel mine is different and i wanted to get some input before i take it to a mechanic (avoiding stealership as best i can). Maybe something i can fix. So 2 days ago i left my two front windows slightly open i say about 2 inches and the back one 1 inch. That night it rained. Morning i wiped the seats of water and the doors (inside) there was not excess water i would say if someone sprayed windex on the surfaces that kind of wet. No puddles anywhere. Anywho car worked fine i bought some moisture absorbers and placed them inside car just incase. I drove like 10 miles that day fine. So next day i turn on my car and one of my back passenger windows goes down as soon as i push start the car. Driver window switch dont work for that window or the switch at thar window door panel. However my other 3 windows work fine up and down with the switches at the driver side. Im wondering maybe water got in the switch and messed up the circuit for the other window? I want to say its the switch because the motor pushed the window down all the way. I hear no noise from the motor when i press the button up or down. Any help? Its still ranining and i need to get this fixed & I just bought the car 2 weeks ago 😧 anyway i can test if power is running to the switch for the faulty stuck window? Or test the motor?

Definitely sounds like a moisture contaminated switch. I recommend you haul *** down to walmart and buy a pop-up shelter so you can work on your vehicle without any further water damage. Take the switch APART (yes separate the case) and stick it in a bag of rice just like you would to dry out a cellphone) next use a can of aerosol electrical contact cleaner and spray out the contact points of the switch. Be careful that switch likes to fly apart like a jack-in-the-box when you take it apart. Take a good picture of if with the case separated because you will need to reapply silicone grease to a few areas, you will see what's greased when you take it apart.

Or you can spend $100 for a new switch.

Rain stopped today so i will be taking it apart to and putting that switch in a bag of rice. Also i tried looking everywhere but could not find a wiring diagram with pins/colors for the master switch so i can see which pins are for that exact window so i can investigate that area further. Anyone can post a link or picture for that? It would greatly help.

I think page 180 of the FSM section Power Window Controls (PWC) has what you're looking for.

Update: I pulled out the master switch but before I unplugged anything I tested the buttons. To my surprise they all worked again. So got my window up. However later in the day I turned on my car and none of the windows went up/down except the driver one. And the power locks didn't work either. So I drove like that to the store. Went I came back to my car and turned it on again they all worked again. This is weird. I'm going to replace the master switch they're like 40 bucks on eBay and see if that fixed everything. I'm hoping it's not some deeper electrical problem.

Problem solved. Installed a used oem switch bought from eBay for 50$. Now all windows work good. P.S it's a bitch taking off the old master switch from it's clips I was afraid of breaking the clips. Hope this helps someone in the future. If you happen to get water in your car and by the power windows buttons, switch might go bad. And if all 3 windows all of sudden stop working (doubt all motors go out at the same time) it's most likely the master switch or a fuse.
