Are you really moving out here? Prepare for the summer heat. You wont find any of the action for us on this board. Go visit www.az350z.com thats where we all mingle. We are very active with meets and track days and so on etc...

Avondale is ok. That whole area out where Avondale/Goodyear/Litchfield Park etc is at is really taking off and developing like crazy. I live in SouthWest Glendale. We just had a new Hockey arena built and they are also in the process of building the new Cardinals stadium out here. The property and home values are skyrocketing right now. Good time to buy for future home investment value and sales.

Theres no hurry man. Take your time. Search out what kind of community it is you want to live in and do some studying. I personally think Goodyear is a nice place to live. If you prefer living on the east side of town, the Chandler/Gilbert area is nice as well.

Yup gotta love it. Summer tires year round too! You would be the 3rd TT G I can think of with a 4th one just getting into the install process. I am the only single turbo G I can think of and then there are 2 turbo'd Z's as well so far. The group is growing rapidly over here.

I have lived on the Westside my entire life so I cant really advise you on the apartment communities on the east side. If for some reason you end up on the west side there are some very nice apartment communities in the Arrowhead area which is located in Glendale city and its neighbor Peoria city. I lived in some apartments in the Arrowhead area on the Peoria side and really liked them.

Thanks PhxBlue! Yuma is just really different from Los Angeles ... we ended up here due to my husband's work. But hopefully we're on our way out this summer. We've been here 3 yrs this month and that's way too long, thank goodness home isn't too far away.
