Hawaii: cops drivin the Gs
My neighbor at village park, Rex just got his new G35 Sedan. His family is very happy with the new G. --with that G, he will have more fun driving than Z28s and Mustangs. Cheers!Banzai!more blue lights on Gs. Am I wrong?

Blue lights on G's have been seen in town. I ran across a few of them with glaring stares. Its nice to know that HPD uses them. I dont know who he was, but a few of us were at tracks one night and low and behold, an officer with a G sedan doing the quarter mile.

I've heard that the 2003 was approved as a cop car, but the 2004 has not been approved. Richard at Infiniti mentioned that they were pulled because "the cars are too high-end". At 30K, how much does a fully loaded, Mustang Cobra cost? Camaro Z28? I'm going to ask a friend of mine and let you guys know

Its a name thingy. Even if the Cobra costs more, the fact that it is a Ford versus say another luxury brand of Ford, makes it okay from what I understand. In a state where money is tight, even if the G at 34K costs less, the mere name of Infinti give the public the wrong impression.
Still though, it was cool to see them at the track.
