On Saturday I got out of movies go to parking and saw my clear corners are gone. WHAT F***Head driving a G-Coupe would jack another Coupes anything... I'm so furious....

Sorry to hear. I was going to buy the clear corners but i know that there are so many people having their clears stolen, i'm just keeping mine stock.

It may not be another G owner that stole it. Maybe some punk kids trying to make a buck on ebay.

I've been a little worried about having mine stolen as well...ever since I installed them. Anyone have any ideas on how to lock them in place or something? I mean, they're just way too easy to remove when you think about it.

someone at the last meet suggested using the smaller zip-ties on the inner side. dont know how effective it will be but still better then someone just being able to snap it off.

I used to have clears but they got stolen a few months ago. I have since ordered a new pair from strictlyz and will only put them on when i go to meets\somewhere I want to show my car off or else replace with my stocks. That's the only bulletproof plan I see. Zip-tying the lights would work but I am afraid that if someone stole them again, there's a better chance more damage will be done to my coupe.

 

The zip-tie trick would stop the casual thief. A dedicated thief will just come back with scissors or wire cutters or something.

True that... If they really want to jack it, they will find a way to take it. If they cant take off, then they'll probably do something very stupid, like breaking it off or someshit like that... Thats how much of an A$$H0LE thiefs are So becareful out there...
