If not anyone know a good shop to go to? Maybe I'll drive over to Injen.

Re: My new toy. Anyone wanna help install?

My suggestion is a professional installer. I felt that the cost overrides the hassle & its done right. It is very hard to install & adjust the pipes, if the car is not on a lift. Areas of concern are: primary pipe, drivers side, off the cat. Pipe comes very close to undercarriage of car, this adjustment is very important. Adjustment of primary pipes over the crossmember. Last, the adjusment of the whole system, so that the tips are equal length out the back. I had my Injen installed in Reseda. He did a great job. If you want more info, respond and I'll give it. Hope this helps

Re: My new toy. Anyone wanna help install?

I'm sorry I don't. Before I had my Injen installed, I did notice a Midas shop on Myrtle, just north of 210, before Huntington Blvd. I think that's Monrovia. My suggestion is a professional muffler shop "only". Tell them that the exhaust system is made for your coupe. They tend to get a little "freaky" with aftermarket systems. Also tell them that it comes with complete instructions, which you probably already know. By the way, I also suggest you keep your stock system. I did. You might not like the Injen (its loud) or you may want to sell your car with the stock system. Be prepared for the exhaust system to "smell" & smoke (less time) for a while. Normal by the way (I talked to Injen). My system has been on my car for about 4 weeks & still stinks a little. Hope this helps you.

talk with Jason or Mike at Performance Nissan in Duarte (heck - just ask them if you are going to the meet tomorrow, as they sponsoring it). i am sure they can install for you. They just did my Crawford Cats and I did not buy them from him.

Cheers, ted

I got the chance to meet Jason at the meet, and I was able to install it at performance nissan that day. Sounds very nice. Deep and loud. I can definately feel the added horses. I will post pics soon.
