I've always used credit card. I wouldn't think paying cash at the event will 'reserve' your spot in advance. I'll look into this to see how this works.

According to their website, they accept all major credit card as well as check and paypal. So you can simply write a check and *mail* it to them in advance (again, I don't believe they'll cash it till the day of the event ... but don't mark me on this).

Clint, I am signed up and ready to go as well. I just got back from Sears Point and had a wonderful time up there. By the way, that is not a good track for newcomers...way too many concrete walls. I will do a write up and post it on www.g-owners.com like last time for Buttonwillow, and it should go up in a couple of days.
I have an extra Bell M-3 helmet in size 7 and 1/8 that I will bring.

Yes, I agree. Infineon (Sears Point) could be a pretty scarey track and it's walls have claimed quite a few cars over the years. Non the less, a spetacular track.

That's how things were in the past and I could of swore that was noted in their FAQ as well, but I can't seem to find it in there just now. They may have changed that policy. I just e-e-mailed them to be certain. I will let you know as soon as I get a reply.

Clint, what time does the event end and how long of a drive is it to get back to the LA area? I just found out my brother is going to tie the knot that Saturday and I'll be driving to Vegas Friday night. -Randy

The track is only approx. 30 miles north of your favorite place, LACR
Event starts 7am and ends till 4pm or so. No one's obligated to stay the entire day, but a good idea to maximize your bux.

I just found out the 350Z people are making a showing at this event as well. More VQs in the house It should be very exciting.

It appears they also have enough interest showing to start a 350Z Challenge Series. For information on what a 'Challenge Series' is ... click Here. I'm not certain if HunterZ on MY350Z's making it a 'private' series or not, if not then we should be able to compete in the same class for good old fun sake. And please ... no Z vs. G feuds. In actuality ... it's driver vs. driver rather than car vs. car within any Challenge Series anyhow.
