damn what the heck

So I've been calling for my 30K mile service. Peoria infiniti wants $855 OTD, and next door peoria nissan wants $599.99, this includes tranny flush, diff, coolant etc.

Anyone know of a better place that will do it all?

I'll check your brakes, belts, bushing, ect. I know I can do the differential fluid, coolant, in cabin filter, and air filter. I'm going to see what's involved with doing an automatic fluid change.

I just printed out the PDF, half the crap I don't even need.

Bascally all I need is:

Flush ATF and add nissan J-Matic ATF
Replace Diff oil
Replace coolant
check belts and bushings

I'm sure my brakes are ok because I just bought the car like 6K miles ago. My cabin filter is fine I checked it while I was putting in my hypergrounding kit, and my intake filter is fine too.

Oh yah and I still need to attach that tranny wire

After doing some reading it seems like everyone has a different opinion on automatic trannys. I would suggest a simple drain and fill every 30K, no need for a full flush. A lot of people say that you don't even need to change the fluid till 75Kish. Even with a full flush you won't be able to get all the fluid out because so much settles in the torque converter.

+1

Drain and re-fill, don't bother with a flush. I would would just do a drain and re-fill every 15-20k.
