im buying a set of HANKOOK VENTUS V12 EVO and want to know what would happen with bigger rear tires and 225 in the front???? im on my way to getting a set today and was wondering if this would work

im getting a fresh set. i hear once you move the front width frim 225 to 245 the hadling is different

no... man im not crazy, i just threw my summer bridgestone potenzas on 2 weeks ago. I hate driving on the snow tires they feel like crap, but up here in the NYC if it snows and you only have summers, your going to be in trouble.

Hankook seems to be a great bang for the buck these days for our cars. I see more and more interest in these tires.

yup HANKOOK VENTUS V12 EVOs installed and balanced. was going with the nitto invos for 680 but decided not to.

maximum recommended tire widths for the rears are 255's, to your question to if it's safe or not then probably no, given a circumstance you have a higher chance of tire failure, if you go to wide of a tire on such a narrow rim. Why do you want such stagger widths anyways.
