I found these wheels and really like them, even more with the price. But my question is are these wheels inexpensive because they are crap? Am I better off spending more and getting better quality?

HP is pretty good. Check out 5zigen Sport Compact 3000 - same design - a lil better brand.

Those aren't bad wheels. You can always get lighter and stronger for more money but if you are on a budget those are a good choice.

 

At that price point there's a lot of wheels to choose from Sevas has 19" and 20" wheels in that price range. SSR and PIAA as well.

Those are a lot like Axis Pentas. Take a look at those they are a quality wheel for someone on a budget. I was going to go Pentas but now I'm looking at a trade for some Hiro's. I just want some friggin rims so bad!! Sick of oems.
