Urgent help with tire sizes please

weekend is almost up. Will be ordering the rims tomorrow 
I have one week to 10 days to get some tires locally. My options are Bridgestone re50 vs dunlop vs pirelli pzero vs yokohama advan. I find Michelin too expensive hence not in my list. Toyos are a bit cheaper.
Im leaning towards the bridgestones.

three questions popped up in my head today:
1. Since I am going from stock 17"s to works 19"s, aside from alignment, balancing etc do I need to adjust any specific camber?
2. Will my springs and shocks be fine?
3. Works Japan will drill the TPMS for me. Do I need to get the dealer to reprogram these sensors?
