Tein H-Tech in Vancouver and my alignment story...
Hi guys & gals! There's 1 set of Tein H-Techs in stock and available immediately in Vancouver at MF Technology. The guy's name is Percy and I told him that I would post a message to see if anyone is interested. Price is really good! PM me or call him for the price! Their # is 604-323-2655. Address #3&4 8808 Laurel St. in Vancouver, BC.
I decided to go with Espelir Active GT's instead. Ride is definitely stiffer! If you want something that lowers the car nicely (and will still be able to be aligned within spec), and does not compromise ride quality, I would think the H-Techs would be the way to go. Anything lower than about 3/4" in the back or 1/2" in the front and you'll be needing some adjustable upper arms (big $$).
The Espelirs lowered exactly 0.5" in the front and 0.625" in the back.
The H-Techs specs are 0.6" front and 0.3" back. In comparison, the Espilirs are spec'd at 0.4" front and rear. So don't believe everything you read. I actually took before and after measurements to get these #'s.
I had the alignment done today and they were able to get the rears back to -1.7 deg maxed out. The allowable tolerance is -1.0 to -2.0, so if the drop was anymore than 0.75", it likely will not line up without the use of the adjustable upper arms. The fronts wound up at -1.3 degrees and there is no adjustability in the front. The max spec for the front is -1.3 so I'm right on the bubble there.
Hope this helps someone!

Re: Tein H-Tech in Vancouver and my alignment story...
Well... I can tell you that the rears were at -2.2 (very noticeable on the alignment rack!) after lowering but before alignment. So we were able to get 0.5 degree out of the stock adjusters.
