When does a spacer need longer studs
I know logic says anytime you use a spacer use longer studs so PLEASE don't chime in to just tell me that again. I'm only looking at 5-8mm(less to just over 1/4"). What I've found on the web says if you can't get 5-8 full turns of thread on the studs then you need longer, something tells me that this isn't an issue with a spacer this small but I have not laid my hands on them and fit them yet.
Is anyone running spacers this small and if so did you actually need / use longer studs?
a .2" longer stud seems rediculous
People with practical experience only please.......generic opinions not welcomed.

ALWAYS!
Unless spacer comes with studs already.
The ones I got came with the studs in them so I did not need to get longer studs. But no matter how thin is the spacer you should always get longer studs.
Save $ on studs.............Lose $ on fixing your car and maybe even more when your wheel falls of on the freeway.
Insurance company finds out you had spacers and your studs were too short..........You are **** out of luck getting your claims covered.

Damn, and I even said PLEASE. Thats exactly what I didn't want.........I know that Huge spacers come with longer studs and I know that ALL companies tell you to buy longer studs but we are talking about roughly 2.5 bolt threads at 5mm. Again........just people running them that small or that have run them that small please!!!!!!!!!!!
