I might be picking up a new set of 19" wheels. Probably going to go with 19x9.5 up front and 19x10.5 in the rear.

My stock 19s only have 11,000 miles on them. So I was thinking to save a few bucks, if I can just mount my rear 245/40/19 RE050As in the front of my new 19s and pick up some 275/35/19 RE050As.

Would the difference in profile 40 vs 35 change anything? I do plan on dropping the car eventually as well with some Stance coilovers.

Basically, it is it ok to run 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 in the rear.

It would effectively raise the front of the car, which IMO would look retarded. The coupe has a staggered height for a reason

 

would it be weird to run 40mm sidewalls on both the front and back?

 

I suggest running 245/35 & 275/35 on the rear. 40 all around would look ridiculously fat.
