Why would you consider M&S tires when you live in San Jose?

it was just options, cus the T1-R's and S-drives were like a 1k+ difference. so it was either the falken 452,nitto 555, the Pzero's. and so far i hear nittos suck, falkens are a tiny bit better then nittos, and had no clue on the pzeros, someone said the pzero are great dry weather tires but i have no clue which is why i asked

I work for a tire company and personally those tires are no good for our cars. The Pirelli's are nice and quiet but they are EXTREMELY soft they are great for Mercedes but for a sports car no. The falkens 452s suck period my manager has them on his car and he hates them. They start to feather extremely quickly and they kick up little rocks like crazy. They are great for people that need that rubber band tire because they come in those crazy sizes.

It all depends on your budget and the way you drive. I have two sets of tires I have PS2 which are incredible and I have S-drive which are great also.

I've heard great things about the S-drives as well. Not sure how quiet they are though? I hear Falken 452 is the quietest out of the bunch

Out the bunch Pirelli's are the quietest but also the softest.
452s are not loud but they are not quiet and once they start to feather OMG they are annoying.
S-drives are not quiet but they aren't too loud but the performance is worth it.
NITTO JUST STR-8 UP SUCKS IN EVERY ASPECT. Except in drag radials.

so far ive been reading a bunch of reviews (From Evo & Suburu owners) the pirelli's last a really long time some aggressive drivers are getting 40-50k out of them(but kinda pricey per tire), but a big complaint in cali is guess on grooved freeways they swerve left and right? as for the 452s i found both good and bad from people saying best track tire they had, to ****ty wear tire, etc. to much thought is going into this.. i have 11hrs to make my decision... lol..
