Pretty much just trying to make them fit lol. Currently on 20x9.5 and 20x10.5. Buying new barrels for a 20x11 so getting rid of the smaller rims. How weird would it look I tried googling for images but I couldn't find anything.

^^probably didn't find pics bcuz people who go that aggressive know how the stretch will match and realized it would look off...

the amount of stretch

with the 9.5 (225/35) and the 10.5 (245/35) this gives an even stretch front and rear but when you move the 245/35 onto an 11 it creates more stretch thus not having an even look

No... unless these sizes are NEEDED to fit the aggressive specs of the wheels, then don't bother. If you choose to do this you'll need a 235/35 out back to match the front or the tires will look uneven.

You're going to have to buy new tires.

What are the specs on the wheels you're working with?

Achilles run a little larger than nankangs but not by much, they are considered a small running tires.

Here's a few that should also run small
Falken ST115
Falken ZE-512
Fuzion ZRi
Venezia Crusade

Also if you can get your hands on coopers they run a little slimmer than true from my experience with them

BTW, yes I mentioned falkens, but NOT FKs.

On the left is 225/35 on 10.5 it's a little over the top, especially for no reason.

Nexens, run slightly larger than true.

and 245/35, keep in mind these are toyos and they run true.

Also that's really weird, I just order 8 nankangs

Call around, a lot of places actually stock them because they're so cheap.

The 225/35 looks crazy on the 10.5, I kinda like it lol. But yea that's cool I was looking for a picture of that one at least. Any other angles? Super helpful.

Now how about 245/35 on 11s?

I'm currently running 225/35 on 20x9.5s and 245/35 on 20x10.5s

Would this set up fit?
Im worried about the front rims not clearing the struts. Im positive the rears would fit no problem. Any help/criticism is appreciate. Thanks in advance brothers.
You're going to want spacers so they don't look like **** so don't worry about them not clearing the strut.
I already have a pair of 15mm & 25mm spacers in the garage somewhere... Should I get a bigger spacers? Thanks again 4DGS.. Owe you a beer

Ok I'm lost...lol I'm in the process of buying 2 new tires cause my rears are beat. Hopefully somebody can help me out. Right now I'm running on the front all generals front- is 20x10 0-offset 235/35/20 on a set of weds kranze and the rear 20x11 0-offset with 255/35/20. The streach to me really isn't that aggressive. I'm going for the lip of the rim poking more. I just swaped to stiffer springs on my coils. I also lowered the car more so I will be running more camber for sure. My question is can I use the my front tires for the rear and run a 225/35/20 in the front or is this just stepping over the line?
I'll have to take pics of where I'm at as far as ride height right now but here are some old pics. These are the current wheels and tires just my car is much lower. you can get a idea of the way the tires look on the wheels. Any help would be great guys Thanks!!!!!

You could run the 235 in the rear. But a 225 up front won't match the stretch - it'll be less of a stretch, but it'll still be an aggressive stretch. That set up works just fine to answer your question. If you want a similar stretch up front, but still run a 225, just look for a different brand that runs smaller - nankang, achillies, falken.

Edit: Blain, I ended up getting nankangs from a super reputable ebay seller that has them in stock with free shipping. and no insane California sales tax. haha. winning.

Thanks bud, I just gotta ask tho, sorry this tire size thing I just don't understand to well I'm pulling my hair out. I know the look I'm going for just not 100% on how to get it.
What do you mean the stretch will not match? what would you suggest? Kinda want to sick to the generals cause they will all match but If I have to go with a different brand to get the look I'm looking for I can live with it. O yea one more thing should I go with a 40 series instead of the 35? The reason I ask is cause I'm thinking the 35 will be stretched more and would cause less side wall so I'm thinking 40 series will make the difference up? I don't know I could just be way off cause of lack of knowledge in this area. I just don't want that 30 series ride and want to protect my wheels as best I can. Thanks!!

Lol. We just covered this on the previous page, but no matter.

You'll be running a 235/35 on an 11. The equivalent would be a 215/35 on a 10, not a 225. You'll have 5mm less stretch on each side, 10mm total, running the 225/35 on the 10.

I would just get a whole new set and run 225/245/35. That 235 on an 11 is an unnecessary stretch, IMO. And it's hard to get those General UHP's now since they're discontinued...

Is stretching a 255/35 on a 10" wide wheel the same as a 245/40 ?
