If anyone can help me with this, please do....
I'm getting wheels relipped from a local guy, and it's going to be
Front: 5in outers and 5in inners
Rear: 5.5 in outers and 5.5in inners
From my limited knowledge, I thought the final specs would be
x10 +0 and x11 +0 being that we're not sandwich mounting anything.
But the guy building my wheels said that the final specs will be
x10 -22 and x11 -22
The original specs of the wheels are x8 +50 with a 1in outer and 7in inner...I'm not sure how this works unless the face itself adds 25.4mm of offset?

245/35/19 on a 10.5

1.2% difference on the AWD and will be functional without any issues on transfer box and will be GOOD TO GO!!
(ill be ok as long as I'm within 3%?)
thanks again man... I'm just very scared to do it bc I haven't seen anyone running this set up on the AWD... i have been researching it for months and cannot find one thread about it.... i don't mean to be a pain in the *** about it but i just want to be 100% sure that this is legit and won't run into any problems.. last time i took a chance it didnt go as planned so I'm just traumatized!!! hope you guys understand...

This is not a relip, it's a rebarrel (everything is being swapped)Originally Posted by Anh

His specs are probably correct, take a look at the face of the wheel, see how mounting surface sticks out of the back? This is your pad size, it determines brake clearance. You obviously have mid to high brake clearance if the pad size is roughly 1"

do you guys know "aToxic"? asked the question last week on the
"staggered for the G35x" thread and just responded today... he told me that......
235\35 will do fine with 265\30
225\35 with 255\30
245\35 with 285\30&275\30
(don't think these are stretched)
235\35F+235\45R will not work
235*0.35=82,25mm
235*0.45=105,75mm
105,75-82,25=23,5mm
THe point is not to go over 3mm difference.
... i don't know how much credit i should this guy since i don't think he's ever ran any stretched setups? is this information legitimate??
and as for 4DGS i know you've been around on other forums and I am for sure that your experience with sedans and coupes are very legitimate..... others have vouched for you telling me to ask you almost 100% of the time since you know your "sh*t..... hahaha.. i don't mean any disrespect by repetitiveness of this topic, but I've been jaded by the information that "aToxic" has given me..
plus i think it maybe a little too late to change my order since I've already put my order in...

Looking for a set of wheels for a 06 sedan AWD. Stock suspension, not looking to lower it since it’s the wife’s daily car.
Interested in the stance SC5, I was wondering what width would look the nice/proper in the rear & front and what offset.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

MPG if you're super worried go with the sure fire way. 225/40 and 255/35 I know for a fact it works and other AWD guys have run it. You'll just need a little more camber to clear the rear tire!
Ernie ran that set up on 9 and 10 I beleive.

if i decided to do the 275/30 set up would it look right and clear the rear?
i really just might consider doing a 19x10 all around but don't know what offsets to run or if that would fit up front...
I've seen you with 19x10 all around but forgot what your offset and tire spec were...

If you go 10s all around you could do like 10 +15 and 10+20 no problem at all. Could run either 235/35 or 225/40.

For 20s gp with the 9 +32 and run a 245/35.
Since you said your wife drives the car a fair bit I'd go with the 19s, tire size is a little more forgiving and ride wont be as harsh. The 19s should ride pretty similar OEM.

thank you SiR!! I'm most definitely going to do 19x10, but what off set would you suggest?? I'm pretty dumped but doesn't look like it bc I have a weak wheel set up.... would it be a problem to a tire that run "large"? i really want the achillles!! ill go 235/35 since it has more meat on it... Na that was almost 4 years ago. I've only been bagged for 2 months and fit every set of wheels I've owned static.
As for the 10s, how much camber you want to run?

Oh ok... i thought you were on bags for on it.....
-3 is the most id go, but whatever you think looks legit/proper I'm with it... I'm leaning towards the meatier stretch/tire, but as long as its safe for a semi daily driver...

Na, static in 90% of the photos you've seen of my car haha.
I say 10 +15 and 10 +15
235/35 achilles
Then depending on where you camber ends up add spacers accordingly.
