The site told you to go with specifically a Michelin? What makes a 255/40 michy different than a 255/40 BFG?

I ride my sport bike with Michelin Pilot Powers 2CT's love the tire for the confidence it provides especially in the curves, So I recommended this tire. No doubt the vehicle tire will perform as well, got it!

Great advice... stick to your manual and be sure to consult your dealer, that will get us all so far when we try and run aftermarket parts!
We are talking tires here, not aftermarket parts!

You're in a thread about Stance and pushing the limits of wheel fitment for the most part and you're recommending "consulting" the manual?!

Yo Blain! How would these specs look with my coupe. Currently running -3/-4 Camber
19x10 +21HP & 19x11 +27 MP on 235/35/19 and 255/35/19. with 3F/4R inch lips. I have no clue what these disc types are. Would these poke? I also have 10/15mm spacers in my garage and my rears are rolled. Thanks buddy.

Last I checked Michelins aren't Bridgestones.... So they'd be aftermarket.

Actually this thread is for general wheel and tire questions, however I do agree with what you're saying haha.

PIAA and Konig have both been in the game since the dawn of time. PIAA I'm sure have some models that look like other wheels, as all companies do, but their quality is top notch and they definitely make nice wheels.

The Konigs are kind of a toss up, Konig has made some poor quality oriented choices in the last few years and have really dipped to the budget side of aftermarket wheels. I've never seen anything they're produced explode or anything, but I have received their wheels with paint flaws and ugly burs on the mounting surface.

Either wheel, I say whatever on. If you like em and they come in decent specs go for it!

Na those won't poke, they'd be mint for a beefy tire set up if you wanted to do a 265/295 stagger.

Depending how low you plan to keep it I'd go with at least 20mm spacers front and rear. (or be a baus and relip to 11 and 12 with 4" and 5" lips. Easy swap too, rears on the front, new 5" rears and sell the 3" fronts.

However given those lip sizes, I'd say mid to hi disk. Definitely not low.

I already have both, just wasn't sure on the quality since both were fairly cheap. I'm not really concerned about the Konig's since they only get used at the drag strip. Thanks

The PIAAs are actually pretty damn expensive when bought new, they just seem to devaluate very quickly. Great wheels though, especially when you can grab a set for around $1000 used!

Put onto what? the OEM 17" wheel?

If OEM wheels, 235/50/17 is your best bet.
