Poke?
These wheels are almost exactly the same offset as my other set of wheels. Yet, they poke out a lot more. It's slightly concerning but when I have tires on and its on the ground, they will "sink" some right?
Old wheels
F: 19x9.5 +29 with a 3mm spacer (+26)
R: 19x10.5 +28 with a 5mm spacer (+23)
New wheels
F: 19x9.5 +22
R: 19x11 +25
Im stumped

Hi everyone this is my first post ever, been a lurker for quite some time. I been doing ALOT of research on this but After a 100 plus pages I broke up and decided to ask a few questions about a my so to be tire/rim set up. I have a set of rims on the way Size - Front : 20 x 9.0 / Rear : 20 x 10.0 Offset - Front : +18mm / Rear : +25mm. My car have a Front and Rear Camber kit. It is NOT lowered. Stock height. I do have Brembos. My first question is will these clear my brembos or will I need a spacer? The saleman told me they should clear them but I might need a spacer. If I do need one, will 5mm work? The tires are a 245/35/20 and a 275/30/20 size. My second question is will I rub with this set up? I read on here that i better set up is 255/30/20 and 285/30/20. Would you agree? I wanna keep the camber near to zero for better wear.

You went from 10.5 to 11 in the rears, you need to also factor in the effects of the increased width will push it out an additional ~6.5mm from your previous set up so you are > 10mm difference in the rears.

Look at my post above (#7237). Thats 19x9.5 +22 in the front and 19x11 +25 in the rear. Ill post pics when they have tires on them and on the ground. I dont have my rears rolled btw.

Hey guys,
I have some chrome OEM 18's that I want to put on my car. I personally don't like the chrome and want something similar to the stock silver color. I've seen someone sand chrome wheels down to the metal and I thought it looked good in pictures but have a fear that it doesn't in person.
My question is should I plastidip the wheels with the true metallics aluminum color for a cheap fix? or is wet sanding the wheel with a very high gritgoing to get me the color I'm trying to achieve?
